Libra is the only sign whose symbol is an object rather than a creature, and it is a set of scales. Balance, fairness, and an eye for how things look together. Libra is an air sign ruled by Venus, and its symbol is the Scales. It hangs on a fine chain and sits just below the collarbone, so the shape is read before the metal is.
